I still haven’t received my parcel which was ordered Express Post on the 18th December. So can’t review something I never received.

It took us over 30 minutes to inflate the floating using bike floor pump, only to put that there was a puncture. I’m quite disappointed not only because it took so much time and effort to inflate it but as it was a present. Sadly, we couldn’t use this floatie for summer

My order was received in a completely destroyed condition so I have emailed Froffies on 3 seperate occasions and have yet to receive a reply. The product which was an inflatable pool toy was torn and cannot be blown up rendering it useless. This was intended for a Christmas gift - we do understand that this was probably not the condition it was in when packed by Frothies non the less the product needs to be replaced or refunded and we have been complete;y ignored. Not good enough and would warn other customers to beware as after sales service is non existent

How reviews work at Frothies
- 1These are the reviews Loox, our review app, collected up to 31 Oct 2026. Every one shows, good or bad, unless it breaks the rule below.
- 2We leave a review out only if it is fake or spam, offensive or abusive, holds someone’s personal details, or is not about our products or service. We keep a record of why.
- 3The same rule applies to good and bad reviews.
- 4We leave out a photo or video, and keep its review, if it breaks that rule or may show a child.
- 5We reply to reviews. We never edit what people write.
- 6“Verified buyer” means we matched the review to a real Frothies order.
- 7Best first: on a product page, reviews with photos or videos come first, 4 and 5 stars before the rest, whether or not the photo got a discount code. Then detailed 4 and 5 star reviews, then the rest. On the all-reviews page, a photo that got a discount code does not move its review up. Newest first within each. Sort by newest, highest or lowest, or pick a star level, to see them another way.
- 8Reviews we quote on their own, like in the Pub Test, are picks rated 4 or 5 stars. The full list has every published review, at every star level.
- 9Loox gave some people a discount code for adding a photo to their review. Each of those reviews says “Got a discount code for adding a photo”.
