It's black. I ordered a Carlton dry hoodie on the premise it would be Carlton dry navy blue. When I questioned this I was told by Kat, it's just a very dark navy blue. I was also talked down to. After just wanting a resolution as to why my hoodie is black. I had pre ordered this hoodie at a premium price. Not what I wanted. Requested a refund was told yep, that will happen. Two weeks later still nothing.
