My order was received in a completely destroyed condition so I have emailed Froffies on 3 seperate occasions and have yet to receive a reply. The product which was an inflatable pool toy was torn and cannot be blown up rendering it useless. This was intended for a Christmas gift - we do understand that this was probably not the condition it was in when packed by Frothies non the less the product needs to be replaced or refunded and we have been complete;y ignored. Not good enough and would warn other customers to beware as after sales service is non existent
