How reviews work at Frothies

1. 1These are the reviews Loox, our review app, collected up to 31 Oct 2026. Every one shows, good or bad, unless we leave it out for a reason below.
2. 2We leave a review out if it is fake or spam, offensive or abusive, holds someone’s personal details, or is not about our products or service. We keep a record of why.
3. 3The same rule applies to good and bad reviews.
4. 4We leave out a photo or video, and keep its review, if it breaks that rule or may show a child.
5. 5We reply to reviews. We never edit what people write.
6. 6“Verified buyer” means we matched the review to a real Frothies order.
7. 7Reviews show best first. Sort by newest, highest or lowest, or pick a star level, to see them another way.
8. 8Reviews we quote on their own, like in the Pub Test, are picks rated 4 or 5 stars. The full list has reviews at every star level.
9. 9We don’t show the reviews linked to one design we no longer sell, whatever their stars, because we no longer use its name. They still count in our review total and average.
10. 10Loox gave some people a discount code for adding a photo to their review. Each of those reviews says “Got a discount code for adding a photo”.
